TODAY’S PRAYER THOUGHT
In Acts 8:26-40 Philip encountered an angel who urged him to head south to the road that goes from Jerusalem to Gaza. The Spirit led Philip to the Ethiopian Eunuch. Upon seeing him, Phillip ran to meet him. God was already very much at work in the Ethiopian man as he was reading from the book of Isaiah. Philip approached and made himself fully available and he was fully present with him. He asked questions. He listened. He answered questions. He dared to believe that God wanted to change this man and GOD DID! A shocking portion of the story is Philip’s obedience. He dared to believe the impossible as he kept taking faithful steps.

TODAY’S PRAYER FOR GOD’S PEOPLE
Lord, today help all of us praying to keep taking faithful steps and to keep believing in You and in Your work in others. We say yes to obedience. We say yes to your promptings. We say yes to being available today. AMEN.

TODAY’S PRAYER FOR THE PEOPLE ON YOUR LIST
Father, today I praise you for every person on this list. I praise you for the connection I have with them. I pray for each person by name that they would encounter the Living God through this 30- day prayer journey.
