TODAY’S PRAYER THOUGHT
Many of us are familiar with Christ’s command to go and make disciples, but often struggle in knowing how. Jesus gives us a clue in John’s gospel. In the same way the Father sent Him, He is sending us. Jesus’ life and ministry was fueled by His communion with the Father. Our life and ministry is meant to be the same. The call of the Christian life today isn’t just to know more and do more… it’s to be more with Jesus, so we can live a life led by the Holy Spirit and rely on God to work in us and through us. The Christian life flows from communion with Jesus first. The more we enjoy Him, the more His joy will flow through us to others!
TODAY’S PRAYER FOR GOD’S PEOPLE
1. Thank you God, that the barrier of sin has been removed and we can now live in fellowship with You. 2. Lord, help us to think, love, act, relate, practice and embody the Kingdom of God as your witnesses in the world today.
TODAY’S PRAYER FOR THE PEOPLE ON YOUR LIST
Lord I ask that you help each person on my list to understand your desire for them to know a life of communion with you. I pray that you give each person and family on my list eyes to see and ears to hear your gospel message through my example.
