Throughout the New Testament Jesus spoke about the importance of service and the use of one’s talents. This week we will focus on how, as followers of Christ, we have the opportunity to use our gifts and talents to demonstrate the love of Jesus to others. The many Kingsland ministries allow it’s members to express their love and support of others by volunteering their time and talents. As you read this week’s devotionals may God speak to your heart about how He can use you in His church.

“But as it is, God has arranged each one of the parts of the body just as he wanted.“

REMINDER: Throughout chapter 12 in 1 Corinthians, Paul describes how God has uniquely gifted each of His people for the common good. Each of us are unique in the way God has gifted us. No gift of one person is better or less than the gift of another. Each of us is an indispensable member of Christ’s body with a gift to serve Him and others. When we come together as a body of believers using our God given gifts, we will see His Kingdom flourish.
TODAY’S PRAYER:
– Thank God for the unique gifts that He has given you to further His Kingdom.
– Pray that God will reveal opportunities that will allow you to use your unique gifts.
– Thank God for the times you have been blessed by the gifts of others.
