Thank you for visiting our Resource Page for Sexual Abuse. We have included resources to help parents have conversations with their children about Sexual Abuse. It is our prayer that the resources will help parents protect their children from Sexual Abuse. If your child has experienced Sexual Abuse, we have included a list of counselors who specialize in counseling children. Sexual Abuse impacts the entire family and it is critical to seek Professional Help when a child has been sexually abused. If your child experienced abuse and it has not been reported, then your first step is to report the abuse to the police.
We also included resources for those of you who have experienced the trauma of Sexual Abuse. I understand personally the devastation of Sexual Abuse. As someone who was sexually abused, I want to say that there is hope for you. Jesus heals the deepest wounding, sets us free from the strongest grip of shame and redeems our pain. If you have experienced sexual abuse and have not received help, we want to help you. We have included a list of Counseling Referrals in this Resource Page, or you can email me directly at firstname.lastname@example.org.

Breakthroughs is a 13-week class that leads to freedom from strongholds (Walls) so that we can live the life we were created to live. We discover our true identity in Christ and biblical truth that sets us free from the lies of the enemy. Breakthroughs is a discipleship class for anyone seeking a deeper relationship with Jesus, greater freedom and true fulfillment in Jesus Christ. Breakthroughs includes a large group lesson, small groups and workbook. New session begins September 4, 2019.
We are honored that you have given us the privilege of walking alongside of you as you embrace the role of Primary Faith Trainer in your child’s life. We understand that part of this partnership includes a shared effort to keep your child safe. Sadly, we live in a fallen world and we cannot ignore that sexual abuse is an issue. We must be proactive in our efforts to keep children safe. The resources listed below under “Resources for Parents” are aimed at helping you keep your child safe from potential dangers. These resources can also lead you through healthy, age-appropriate conversations with your children to help empower them towards maintaining their own safety. Please know that we are praying for you as you continue these conversations with your children and that we are happy to talk with you if we can be of help in any way.
