This April, Kingsland’s Women’s Ministry Sanctuary Retreat is travelling to Camp Fimfo Texas Hill Country in beautiful Canyon Lake. After such a refreshing 1 day retreat last year, we heard so many requests for more time to enjoy the breakout sessions as well as quality time with both new and old friends seeking to honor the Lord with healthier spiritual, mental & physical habits. This year’s weekend retreat will offer Kingsland & Katy women more time together in a very special Hill Country camp setting! We’re inviting you to step out of your normal routine for a few days & come experience spiritual & physical refreshment and replenishment. Would you or someone you know benefit from:

In Mark 6:31 Jesus said to them, “Come with me by yourselves to a quiet place and get some rest.” Last spring, so many of us did just that by coming together for a day to explore what it meant to truly love the Lord our God with all our heart, soul, mind and strength – our whole selves. Sanctuary 2025 this spring will continue to build on that foundation as we learn more about the perfect “Shalom” peace God offers us in all areas of life as we keep our heart, mind & lives focused on Him.

Two of our theme verses for the weekend are:

“You will keep the mind that is dependent on you in perfect peace, for it is trusting in you.” Isaiah 26:3

“She equips herself with strength [spiritual, mental, and physical fitness for her God-given task] And makes her arms strong. Proverbs 31:17

Kingsland’s Women’s Ministry team now invites you to register for this special Sanctuary Retreat weekend and set aside the first few days in April as an intentional time of restoration just for YOU! It is the prayer of our team & guest speakers that this special weekend - designed to refresh, strengthen & replenish women of all ages and stages - would bring glory to our Creator as we seek together His perfect “Shalom” peace offered to each of us.

Because this retreat is designed to literally be a “Sanctuary” for you, you’ll find that there will be time to relax as well as take advantage of all sorts of camp style fun! We’ll also eat meals together, enjoy live worship and have the opportunity to attend your choice of breakout sessions designed to nurture you spiritually, physically & relationally as we seek to practically apply our theme verses: Isaiah 26:3 & Proverbs 31:17. The Apostle Paul reminds us that our body is the temple of the Holy Spirit and we are to honor God with it.
