Awaken West Houston is a movement of prayer where we join with believers across Katy in praying for others in our local community.
Awaken is a city-wide movement of prayer and fasting focused on unifying the church to strategically pray for and bless the city, one person at a time. We invite you to spend 30 days praying for 7 households. As you consider who to pray for, think about the neighbors, coworkers, classmates, family members, or friends that God has put in your life.
30 Days: Monday, January 30 – Tuesday, February 28, 2023
This month-long journey of prayer and fasting will take place wherever you are located day-in and day-out. This is not about a big event; rather it is about mobilizing the church to pray for and bless our city in all of the places we live, work, study, and play each day.
Awaken is for any believer (students and adults) willing to identify people in their life that are far from God and earnestly pray for them, fasting as God leads, for 30 straight days: January 30 – February 28, 2023.

Join an ever-growing community of Christ followers who are devoted to being a Light in their neighborhoods through praying for, caring for, sharing the gospel with, and discipling their neighbors.
