TODAY’S PRAYER THOUGHT
Tonight’s the night — from 5:00 to 6:00 PM believers across Katy/West Houston will prayer walk in their neighborhoods. As you prayer walk, remember that praying on-site will give you greater insight. Pray with your eyes open. Look for clues (such as toys in the yard) that will guide your prayers. Allow the sights and sounds to seep into your heart and then ascend to heaven in the language of prayer. Remember also that the nations are migrating to the United States, including our community. We have unprecedented opportunities to be a part of God’s plan of redeeming the nations to Himself. Pray for the nations represented in your neighborhood.
TODAY’S PRAYER FOR GOD’S PEOPLE
Heavenly Father, help me to live before my neighbors in such a way that they see the beauty of Jesus reflected in my life. Keep me sensitive to opportunities to move in their direction and to share with them the story of Jesus.
TODAY’S PRAYER FOR THE PEOPLE ON YOUR LIST
Heavenly Father, I long for my neighbors to experience the transforming power of the gospel. May your light illuminate each home, moving us closer to the day when the whole earth will be filled with the knowledge of you.
