NORTH KATY CAMPUS
Foundations with Brett Laxton

Our purpose in this class will be to teach a greater understanding of “What thus saith The Lord” by the applications of the timing of things declared in the Bible.

Breakthroughs is a 12-week class that leads to freedom from strongholds (Walls) so that we can live the life we were created to live. We discover our true identity in Christ and biblical truth that sets us free from the lies of the enemy. Breakthroughs is a discipleship class for anyone seeking a deeper relationship with Jesus, greater freedom, and true fulfillment in Jesus Christ. Breakthroughs also helps equip parents to lead their children to freedom and is a great class for couples to attend together.
Breakthroughs includes a large group lesson, small groups, and a workbook (cost $10).

The Career Transition Class is a biblically based course that is designed to help people either looking to change careers or find new employment.
Connect and Empower

Support group for parents of special needs children in room C254/256. Connect and Empower provides support to parents of special needs children through prayer, book studies and identifying community resources.

FREE for everyone learning about the journey to becoming a U.S. Citizen and to practice for the Citizenship Test.

DivorceCare is a 13-week class providing practical counsel and support for those walking through separation or divorce. The online session videos, weekly meetings, and workbook will help participants heal from the pain of separation and divorce and rebuild their lives. The cost is $20 for the workbook.

GriefShare is for anyone grieving the death of a family member or friend. GriefShare is a video series featuring top Christian experts who speak on a wide variety of subjects important to the grief recovery process. Each week, participants have the opportunity to complete helpful workbook exercises and engage in an interactive group sharing time with others who have lost a loved one. This small community of support gives members a place to grow and heal while dealing with the grief and loss in their own lives. Cost $20 for the workbook.

re|engage is a safe place for married couples to grow in their marriage. Whether your marriage is good and you want it to be great, or you are at rock-bottom and wonder if there is hope, re|engage is a safe place to grow in your marriage. Each week, you will hear from couples whose marriages have been transformed, learn practical ways to grow in oneness with your spouse, and gain insight from others in a small group setting as you walk through the 13 lessons. Cost is $24 per couple, which includes two books.
Single Parenting Together

Single Parenting Together is a community where primary faith trainers, who are parenting on their own, can find the support and encouragement they need while developing a confident trust in Christ’s power, wisdom and goodness. If family life has turned out a little different than you expected, joining this Single Parenting Together class is a way for you to discover ongoing healing and hope for your journey while growing spiritually with other single parents. After all, we are stronger together!

We understand that at times, adoptive and foster families may feel overwhelmed or isolated at times. One of the most effective ways for families to receive the support they need is by joining a care group. This group offers families a way to connect with others and receive encouragement to make parenting through the adoption experience easier.
Kingsland hosts a weekly parent care group for adoptive and foster parents on Wednesday nights during the school year at Kingsland’s Central Campus. No registration for Tapestry.
Women’s Bible Study
